“We ordered our custom shutters from Rockwood Shutters through Home Depot. They came out and did an initial measurement for a quote and then once we decided to pull the trigger they came back for a more precise measurement by the person who would be doing the installation. Measuring for plantation shutters isn't easy and they're not an inexpensive option so this was something we wanted to leave to the pros. They were great and I'd definitely recommend them. Extremely knowledgeable about the product and super friendly. Not only were they great with the install and product but they were just genuinely nice people which to me is very important when someone is in your home. Would definitely use them again.”

“Linda was very helpful and went beyond what a customer would expect for assistance with blinds. She brought white curtains with small tension rods (did not mark my newly painted widow wood) to protect me my privacy until the blinds arrived. She was personable and caring. I really needed her reassurances with changes happening in my life. I appreciated her genuine help with all my needs. Gentleman who put up blinds took off shoes and adjusted each blind as I critiqued the placement. thank you”

“We had Henson’s Designs come to our home to consult about doing new Plantation shutters and other window coverings when we moved in. The Owner, Jana Henson, personally walked us through the process and was very thorough and knowledgeable about her products. She stayed in touch with us throughout the job and all was completed and installed professionally and on target. We also have used Henson’s on a previous home doing updated blinds and window shade. My husband and I both highly recommend this company, and Jana, herself, represents the products well. Very professional and updated on latest styles.”

She is very attentive to detail and always produces excellent quality work. She definitely knows her stuff, so you can be assured that she will guide you to making the right choices for your custom soft furnishings. She has worked on literally hundreds of projects for my company, and my personal home over the years ranging from draperies, pillows, bedding, cushions and upholstery, and I am ALWAYS satisfied. She is very reasonably priced, and her turn around time is great as well.”
