“The overall process through the website was very user friendly and quick for us. My wife and I love the sample kit with styles and color/stain options that you sent to us. This really helps someone find the perfect match for their home. We placed two separate orders over a period of 4 months and both arrived relatively soon after we placed the order. The installation instructions are easy to follow and all the required hardware came with the blinds. Each area we installed our new blinds was perfectly enhanced and we couldn't be happier. “We knew that selecting shutters for our new home would come with a high price tag. When our bid came we weren't shocked because we had prepared ourselves for that. There are so many homeowners looking for a "killer deal" on this high end window covering. Living in a brand new build community many of our neighbors were in the same place of covering their windows. Word went around about how much people were saving with other companies. Nearly half in some cases of what we were paying. For a minute we felt like maybe we selected the wrong company. That was until the shutters were installed. We didn't have a single problem with our shutters. While those who went with the cheaper options are still fighting the uphill battle of getting repairs on a brand new product! Moral to the story is, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! If you're ok with nails showing, paint chips everywhere, and unprofessional install, then go with the "cheap" options. Southwest has exceeded our expectations. The salesman explained thoroughly the reasons behind why the number of panels per window, which direction they would swing when opened, ect. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We love our shutters and refer others any chance we get to this company!”

“I've worked with Athenas's for a few projects to date and plan to continue doing so in the future. They are friendly, professional, reasonably-priced, and the quality of their work is excellent. I like that they are a family-owned and run business and that Athena personally measures each project, and her husband does the installation. (They also have a nice work room/showroom, and additional employees that assist). I also appreciate that they care about the details, and the quality and service they provide to me and my clients, so I have no hesitation in recommending them.”
