“We bought a new home and did not have a clue as to what color or style of window coverings would look the best. Craig helped us with the process of choosing the right style (darkening, vane size, etc.) and since all we had was color chips and fabric swatches to work with also suggested different color choices. After 6 months of waiting for the home to be finished, Craig and Matt were quick to set an installation appointment even though it was during the holidays. Phone calls were returned promptly and Craig showed up ON TIME(!) with 44 blinds to be installed. He was very quick and he had them all up and operating in the time it took us to hang a headboard! 2 blinds were on back order but arrived in 2 days of the initial installation so he made a 2nd call to install them as well. We LOVE the color choice, quality, versatility and ease of use. In a word they are perfect!! There wasn't any trash left and everything works great. Would we hire Horizon Window Fashions again...in a heartbeat!!”
