“Great company and great service! Everyone in the team was on top of the game. What I liked the most was that they kept me posted from the day I called to make an appointment all the way till the day I have my shutters installed. I had to wait for 5 weeks for my shutters but their communication was very effective. I got reminders for all my appointments. Plus, they always answered my questions timely and patiently. Quality is another main reason I chose them. So far I liked my poly shutters so much! They do have wood shutters, but I'm glad that I chose the poly one because they are moisture resistant. It looks organic and goes along with my wood furniture. The sales William also told me that it would be very durable because the poly is solid and with metal inserts. Highly recommended.”

“Last night at seven o'clock I received my roman shades. When I opened the box I was blown away by how beautifully these turned out. Terri and I were on the phone for quite a while trying to make these perfect and I have to say they are! Terri was so helpful, knowledgeable , and patient. Ordering these over the phone can be difficult, but Terri made the process painless and they were so pretty I installed them right then and there. Smith and noble makes that easy also. All four shades were up in under an hour.”
