“They are great , very professional, respectful and full of great ideas. A few items they have done is, new hardwood floor, new stain for hardwood floor, new carpet, new fireplace, installing trees, front yard landscaping , cement work and stone walls. We have used over the past 3 yeas to get all the items listed above done. Darren is very professional and gives you great ides on how to use your space. “Gabriela went way beyond the call of duty to help my husband and I pull together the remodel/interior design of my home in 2 months. I had a contractor but we needed help to choose tile, paint, draperies, faucets, tub, lighting fixtures and more. She also gave us contact information to find a great electrician to install new lighting fixtures - sconces, chandeliers, and many recessed lights to brighten up a dark home. We met at stores and showrooms. Gabriela met our deadline, gave us suggestions but is a great listener and always supported our decisions.”

“Kevin repaired our mailbox, which was about to fall off its post. He pulled up two steel stakes that I had driven into the ground with a sledge hammer 12 years ago, and no one else could pull up. He adjusted some doors that had been messed up when the house started sagging a little, because we had a bad builder originally, who left a support out of one end. He removed a torn screen from the screen door in front, after repairing that door so it closes and latches correctly again, and he's getting that re-screened for us. And he's working up bids for some more work. Honest, affordable and competent! The 3 things we value most in a tradesman like this!”

“Tmax Builders remodeled our entire house (almost every inch of three floors), which included all new plumbing, electrical, adding a third floor, creating a master suite out of two rooms and porches and redoing our entire kitchen. Our house is a hysterical Denver square so Travis and his team had to also match 102 year old trim that he had to custom build. It was very important that our remodeled part of the home matched the original part such as doors, trim, built-ins and even the third floor hand rails. Travis’s team are hard workers, always wanting to make sure we were happy and let us be intimately involved in the process. We got to know Travis, Todd, Devin and his son Ronan well and would hire them again to work on any number of our future products. The entire team is very customer focused and when you hire Tmax Builders you hire Travis (Owner) and his core team who are also good friends, you don’t get random subs.”
