Scott and his staff makes the new construction or remodel process easy, bring great ideas on design elements as well as cost saving strategies and their work is unmatched in Central Illinois. The post sale support is outstanding. They do their own extensive inspection and punch list so the homeowner doesn't have another set of issues to deal while closing and moving into a new home, and their warranty support is a huge value and provides great peace of mind. Scott really puts his customer's best interest first and is exceptionally accomodating in working with the customer's architect. His subs are first rate and he clearly has the best subs in the area on his team. I highly recommend you meet with Scott if you're building an executive bracket home or are considering a remodeling project in your existing home. “We asked Leman Builders to add another garage to our house. At the time, they were extremely busy but they agreed to do the job Jason and his crew met the time line for completion. Every man on the job site was professional, friendly, and accommodating. They cleaned up at the end of every day. Workmanship was top grade. The final bill was exactly the same as the original bid, even though we asked for a couple of changes. We are asking him to come back this Spring to do some more work for us.”
