Jumping back 3 years EHR was not the original contractor on the job in fact it was about a year into that they came in. Lowe’s had jerked us around, sent the wrong product and done abosolutely nothing to help. Brian and his complete team have worked diligently through each trial that Lowe’s has sent our way. They have been professional, helpful, worked hard, and even offered an ear to bend each time Lowes messed up. I have full faith in this company.
