“We purchased a house from a builder and immediately rented it out. In 2021, after the tenants moved out, we decided to sell the house. Still, our realtor advised that it needed to be renovated before selling since the house was not in very good condition after being rented out for several years. Usually, it’s hard to communicate with other contractors due to a lack of mutual understanding, which ultimately affects the result, but I was pleased to find that Konstantin proved to be an exception. He is a very attentive and responsible person. The renovation was completed quickly, within the set timeframe and budget, while still producing a high-quality result that I am confident the new homeowners were very satisfied with. We fully remodeled the house, including a new kitchen, basement renovation, repainting the walls, renovating the bathrooms, relocation of the fireplace, installing new countertops, and rewiring. An additional benefit was that, thanks to the remodeling, we sold our house for a higher price than any other in our subdivision. By investing $25,000 in the renovation, we sold the house for $75,000 more.”

“We were looking for a contractor for my house in north York ON and I got a recommendation from a friend of mine who hired meraki home services before and they were very satisfied. But I was not sure so I kept looking for others but I encountered this company from on line as well. So I thought we are meant be and hired. Jumping to conclusion we are very happy with his work through out my entire house. We spent like almost 150 k and I love his quality work. He was honest and very proud of his work. We did a long opening removing structural wall in kitchen and his architectural study background got us a lot of knowledge of load bearing walls. We did proper renovation. I strongly recommend this company meraki home services. Enoch Kim is the one of the best guy in Toronto contractors”
