“M&M American Builders are a very professional company. My wife and I own a ranch style home. In the kitchen she wanted a double window to be removed and a door. She wanted it replaced with a sliding door. John & Keith came in and reconstructed the entire back wall of our kitchen to accommodate her vision, and let me say they did just that. We are told over and over again how much this has changed the look of our kitchen from the natural lighting, space and above all the quality of work done. They were very helpful and when leaving they left everything spotless inside and out. If you ask for something to get done M&M American Builders of NH will deliver just that.”

“I used Clear Cut Design for a wet bar in our dining room and built in cabinets in our powder room. They both came out beautiful. His work is amazing quality and excellent craftsmanship. I appreciate his attention to detail and helpful feedback when I had questions while designing the built ins. He was extremely professional and personable throughout the entire experience. I would absolutely hire him again for my own home or my interior design clients.”

“Although our project is not yet over (I will update when it is) I felt compelled to leave this review today because I cannot believe how wonderful, professional, and truly caring Ronnie and Lou from Millbrook Construction are. We have been working with them on a renovation for almost 2 months and along every step of the way they have been helpful, communicated with us, and made every attempt to help us maintain our budget. What compelled me to write this review is a few days ago we had a huge sewer pipe backup. Ronnie had his crew over first thing in the morning to help us and didn't leave until it was fixed later that evening. To top it all off, his crew cleaned up our entire basement today, and it looks even better than it did before the mess! I am so happy we choose Millbrook Construction and would use them again and are recommending them to all our friends! Will post before and after pictures of our house when we're done!”

“Justin restored an old staircase that had been destroyed by a previous owner when the house was subdivided into multiple units. We were restoring the house back to its original form. The required steel reinforcement of the staircase, a carver recreating the destroyed curved railing, and workworkers turning new balusters. It all went well and the staircase came out great!”

“We worked with Mike and the rest of Cabot Contracting and hired them to put up new baseboard, window trim and closets throughout our whole house. Mike came right out and gave us a great estimate that was right on target. We are so happy with the end result and everything turned out exactly as we has hoped. Mike also pulled through for us when we ran into challenges with closet sizes working with us to determine the best solution to all of our problems. In addition, he assisted us with numerous smaller projects along the way, such as fixing our laundry hose, repairing our brick stairs, installing attic stairs etc. We highly recommend Cabot Contracting. to anyone looking to do repairs/remodeling work on their home.”

“Sky's The Limit through its owner, Rick Johnson, has done several homeowner related projects for me over the past several years. The projects Sky's The Limit has done for my wife and I have ranged widely from repairs to and replacement of property fencing, installation of a new cellar bulkhead, resolution of plumbing issues and window shades to major projects. Among the latter were the remodeling of the upstairs master bathroom, a full kitchen remodeling except for existing cabinets, construction of a large outdoor deck off our family room, the design and construction of an extensive French drainage system around our house and the building of an outdoor slate patio. Most recently, the firm presided over the installation of a new standby electric power generating system for my house with excellent results. I have been fully satisfied with the quality, timeliness and pricing of Sky’s The Limit's work. I’ve found the firm to be consistently competitive in all three categories. I now use the firm essentially as a general contractor when I need homeowner assistance. Rick Johnson and the firm stand by their work and have always been available on short notice to handle emergencies as they may come up regardless of the size, expense or complexity of the issues involved. I can think of no instance where my wife and I were disappointed in a Sky’s the Limit project.”
