“My wife and I fell in love with one of Greg's floor plans. The quality of the materials used, the designs, and especially the attention to detail were big selling points for us. Greg Senger was a very kind, very understanding and, most helpful during the pre-job planning. He assisted us in every way we could have needed. As this was our first custom built house, we didn't really know what we were getting into. Picking everything from tile back splash, carpet, paint color, trim color, etc... seemed mind blowing. But, it really was fun and easy and a lot of the ease is thanks to all the support from Greg during the entire process. What really surprised me most was when our concrete driveway was pored, Greg was there in the days after with the garden hose keeping it wet, in order for the concrete to cure harder. It may seem kind of like a pointless detail, but it was all part of this amazing experience of building our first home. After our home was built, Greg didn't just move to his next project and forget about us. He checked in on us and made sure we were happy with everything and that there weren't any problems. The few details we needed addressed were taken care of in a timely manner. There isn't anything else that my wife or I could have asked for. We are very blessed to be living where we are, in this beautiful home that we hope to live in for decades. Thanks to Greg.”

“We hired AJ Development to lay flooring for us and to construct a custom pergola in our back yard. We were very picky about what we wanted, and they were super professional and easy to work with! They made sure we had exactly what we wanted, and were well within budget before they started, and kept us updated throughout. The project was finished in just a few days and the result is beautiful! Both the inside and outside of our home is completely transformed. We couldn't be happier. “We hired StoneCrest Builders to help us design, and then build, our house. We started with a rough, conceptual idea, and Steve worked with us for several months, converting those ideas into a workable floorplan. Working with Steve was enjoyable, as he quickly grasped what we wanted, and then applied his experience as we went through half a dozen iterations of drawings and modifications before we finally settled on the design. StoneCrest has an in-house Design Studio that worked with us on selections of flooring, cabinetry, countertops and every other detail to finish the home. This was another intensive set of decision-making, and the design consultants were sympathetic to our needs and helped us arrive at a terrific design. StoneCrest hires quality subcontractors to perform the construction work. Sometimes the schedule slowed down as we waited for the right sub to be ready to do our project, but the overall project stayed on schedule. We were in close communication with StoneCrest throughout the project, and they were careful to inform us of anything unexpected and how it would affect the schedule and budget. We were told by another customer that this builder really wants us to be happy with the project, and we saw them bend over backwards to make sure that we were. StoneCrest is not the cheapest builder in our area, but they are focused on doing quality work and building a home that they can be proud of, and the customer can be happy with. Their estimates of schedule and budget were accurate. We have a house that we are proud to show off to o urfriends, and they are uniformly impressed. I would not hesitate to recommend StoneCrest to anyone who wants to build a quality home.”

From the minute I talked to Lori Vincent on the phone to the latest e mail from Mike Vincent about the project being done, and everything in-between, this has been an exceptional remodeling experience. The Vincent team's talents, skills, attention to details, attention to customer requests (and quirkiness), positive attitude, scheduling, design expertise, and construction expertise were OUTSTANDING!!! I wasn't home much during construction, but when I got to drop in over the last few weeks of the job, the kitchen evolution took my breath away. It is absolutely beautiful, incredibly functional, and within budget! I so appreciate the time that was taken to listen to us and work through some of my indecisiveness.
