“Perkinson Homes is truly an excellent builder in the Richmond/Chesterfield Virginia area. My husband and I had never built a home before, but Shane and Brian made is so easy! Their attention to detail and "extra" touches is noticeable throughout our beautiful home. They only work with contractors who they know well and are craftsmen in their trade. Without being prompted, Shane would contact me everyday to provide updates and next steps in the process. They were very patient as I changed my mind several times with certain features in the home. Our home is "solid" with character throughout. I honestly can't say enough good things about Perkinson Homes, other than the fact that if I had to do it all over again, I would choose Perkinson without a second thought. “We used DGC Building for a deck remodel and cannot recommend them enough! We had our existing deck torn down and a brand new one rebuilt. The entire process was seamless from beginning to end. Their workers communicated very well, always arrived on time and worked hours on end to get the project completed in a timely manner. You can tell they truly want to make sure you are satisfied with the final result. We absolutely love our new deck and cannot wait to make memories on it for years to come!”
