I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. “I wanted to update my dated stone wood burning fireplace so I called Eran at Pine Tree again after I was displeased with other recommendations for fireplace remodels. I was comfortable working with Eran and his team as they did an excellent job with my master bathroom remodel. As expected, Pine Tree put another outstanding team together to demo my old fireplace and do a modern concrete facade with an electric firebox insert. The project took longer than expected due to the unprecedented winter rains this year as they wanted to make sure every prep coat and layer was properly set before proceeding. It's easy going along with the recommendations from a quality team that I trust will do the best workmanship. I very happy with the outcome and love turning on the "fire" with a remote control.”

“I moved into a Hollywood Hills home after being stuck in the Valley since 1989. My house was built in the 1930’is and not much on the house was very practical and usable. Bathrooms to small. Kitchen in an odd shape. No central AC. Walls, ceiling windows and doors not insulated. So i decided to completely remodel and add an addition to my house. Before calling Josef, I tried a calling a couple other companies first, but they were non-responsive. So I called Josef Veis with Focus Craft. The first time I called him he picked up the phone and scheduled a meeting right away. When he came to my house he recommended that we get his Surveyor involved cause to determine the property line. Right after that his Architect was brought on board permits were filed and shortly after the project begun. I had to move out from my house for six months. Everything was removed to the studs except some original details that were here since the 30’is and gave the house a unique old Hollywood feel. We opened up walls moved the kitchen to merge it with the Living room area. The kitchen made my place the perfect place to entertain and cook for my friends and Family. We put the addition on the back of the house to make my Master Bathroom and Bedroom bigger and in the more quite section of the house. All I can say that I am living in my dream home and I am very thankful to Josef and his team for making it possible. I can recommend him to anybody that wants to build their dream home.”

“We hired Dwell to build a 1000 sq ft Accessory Dwelling Unit ("ADU") in the backyard of my home in North Hollywood CA. The project included the demolition of the existing garage and ground-up construction of the new structure, including two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room with kitchen and hardscaping. Giovanni and Oran are a highly competent and knowledgeable contractor with a strong work ethic. His team is efficient, skilled and friendly. They have a ton of experience, is flexible and made a few of "in progress" design change recommendations. We highly recommend this company for most any type of home construction. They really know what they are doing and that is ultimately why we chose them. They did all the architectural design and pulled all the permits from the city. They handled the complete project and we are very very satisfied. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone. Giovanni and Oran are very straightforward, informative, and reasonable. They are timely, organized, very friendly and worked with us on choosing windows, doors and colors. We signed the contract on January of 2020 and on March of 2020 everything shut down due to pandemic. On February of 2021 they had pulled all the permits from the city and started the project without any increase in cost of material. We would recommend Giovanni and his company to anyone looking to build an ADU, custom home, or do a remodel. Khalil Subat”
