“Howard Homes built our home in the summer/fall of 2011. From the first time we met with Dylan and his team, we knew they were the right choice. We wanted someone who would focus on quality and detail and that is exactly what they delivered. Other builders claimed to be "custom" but added that the only limitation was our pocketbook. With Howard Homes, Dylan made it clear from the beginning that "custom" just means you know what you want - and it shouldn't cost more. We sat down and talked about what we really wanted the features of our new home to be - and then they put together some custom options that we tweaked along the way. This was a much better process than picking from a handful of existing floorplans and having to pay for modifications. Once the build started, we were at the site almost every day and the general contractor, Mark, and each and every subcontractor were extremely friendly and informative. As they worked, you could see their attention to detail come through - on occasion I would even see one of them start something over because it wasn't quite right. You could tell they were each craftsmen and took pride in their work. From the custom gable brackets, to the cherry porch ceiling, to the hand-tooled floors they did a fantastic job on some of the key custom elements we wanted. And you've never seen a cleaner worksite on a new build. Amy was great at helping get all our selections made and keeping our change orders in line, and everyone was great at communcating with us at every step. We absolutely love our new home. “Back in the year 2012 our bathroom was in desperate need of some work. I had 3 estimates done. The first 2 I didn't get a good feeling about, when Greg stepped into our house I knew he was the person I wanted to have do our bathroom. He was so down to earth, honest, professional all around great person!! We were having a wedding in June of that same year. I liked the fact Greg had so many ideas on what we could do things I never would have thought of. They started the job in May and had the job done in time for the wedding. My husband and I were both working at the time and I felt VERY, VERY safe having them here working during the day while we were at work. Building Renewal have done several jobs for us we have also referred him to other people who have been happy as well with the work they do!! We will NEVER have anyone else do the work as long as Building Renewal are in business. The bathroom turn out better than I could have imagined you want this company for your next anything!!!!”

“I have used JR Structures for both my kitchen and master bath remodel. We were able to collaborate ideas and come up with really useful and clever solutions to some design flaws in the original design of the home. For instance, our master bath was large but a really odd shape. It was also a Jack and Jill bathroom with a neighboring bedroom (?!? who does that???). Jim mapped out a solution that made 2 bathrooms out of 1! Now the master bath has a smartly laid out design with beautiful finishes and everything we need...double vanities, stool, vessel tub, and a very spacious shower....all in half the space of the original bathroom...and it feels bigger! Go figure! The secondary bedroom on has its own on-suite 3 piece bathroom which makes so much more sense than sharing it with the master bedroom. The project definitely added equity to our home and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Jim works quickly without sacrificing quality which is nice when your home is torn apart! Both of the projects we used him for finished reasonably within the time frame that he quoted at the onset of the project. If there were delays, they were communicated and explained to my satisfaction. Since I like to be hands on- he was open to me shopping and gathering supplies (faucets, lights, tile, etc) however he told me that he would be happy to pick up any purchased items as well. He even made me a very specific shopping list to make sure I was buying items that would fit and work in my space. His extensive resume seems to have resulted in giving him great knowledge and know-how for nearly all design and building challenges.”

“We were referred to Andy and Sarah by another contractor hired to install granite countertops. We were looking for someone to install a backsplash and our contractor suggested we reach out to ASA for a quote. Andy and Sarah quickly responded to our request, providing a very competitive quote while also helping us with design ideas. We were so impressed with their initial engagement we asked them if they would be interested in some additional work, finishing the interior of our garage. We quickly received a competitive quote and we made the decision to have them complete the additional project. We could not be more pleased with the outcomes with both the backsplash and the work completed in the garage. Andy and Sarah are true professionals. They set a schedule, always showing up on time, did great work and delivered on their promises. Throughout the process they also provided us design ideas/considerations that proved extremely helpful. So impressed with the work that they've done at our home we now have neighbors who are reaching out and requesting that ASA provide quotes for their projects. In summary we are extremely grateful to have come to know Andy & Sarah and are certain we will work with them on future home projects.
