Literally every day I’d get a text from them, explaining what was completed today and what they will be doing tomorrow. “Steven Theisen Construction was very professional. The workers were respectful of my home & cleaned up after themselves each day. As a GC he handled everything so I didn't need to find sub-contractors. His estimate was complete & there were no hidden fees later. The only extras are what I added to the job. I have used them for many projects; from building a wall unit, remodeling my kitchen / bath, building decks & porch. After Hurricane Sandy, my home was a total gut & redo, and then the lift of the home. Will continue to use STC!”

“Gaudioso Contracting did a complete renovation of my tiny studio apartment kitchen in New York City. From my very first meeting they were courteous, helpful and professional. Their estimate seemed fair to me based on what other contractors had submitted and so we proceeded. Even though it is a small kitchen, they treated it as if it were in a mansion on Long Island. Their work was meticulous and quick....and when it was all finished they had a cleaning crew come to clean the plaster dust from the entire apartment. I love my new kitchen and I thank them every time I walk into it., they are simply the best!”

“They gave me a 900 sqft 2nd floor addition with entire 1st floor alterations. This project included a kitchen, three baths, hardwood flooring, roofing, siding, windows, two decks, etc!! They also built a detached garage and took care of all my landscaping. The project was a huge success. They did what was promised and finished before the expected complete date. There price was fair and they stuck to it. There were no extra charges as the project was being done. They were on time, respectful, professional and pleasure to deal with. Everyone in their crew was excellent.”

“Let me first off start by stating, that I usually don't write reviews. That being said, Erna Properties deserves my time to write this review. I have been working with Dave the owner since the summer of 2016. He is extremely hands on, attentive to detail and professional. He is a man of his word, when he says he will be somewhere at a specific time, he means it. His workers show up for a full days work and leave the area clean. I'm not easy to please, I'm one of those people that like to be hands on and do multiple inspections during a project. Not only did Dave not have a problem with it, he welcomed it. His motto is; "on time, on budget and done my way (the client)" can you get better? We feel very blessed to have found him and to be working with him. I know that when we move into our new home, this building process will be the first of many fond memories to come. I know that spending your hard earned money is a big deal and choosing the right contractor is essential for peace of mind. Dave and his company realize that too, they will treat you like family and respect your time and money as if it were their own. I can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be sorry when you hire them.”
