“Al, Owen and team did an entire house renovation for our fixer-upper. Our realtor gave us their number because of the great quality of work and after meeting with them once, I was ready to go. It was a 1960's fixer upper we were thinking about buying in our dream location and if Iron Rose hadn't come through, we might not be settled and happy with our location right now. I am an anxious person and was prepared for a HGTV-style reno nightmare BUT I had so much fun working with them! They touched every room and one year later, everything is still perfect. My kitchen is a show piece. Owen refinished our wood floors beautifully. They took down walls, created an office with a double sided fireplace, and made 3 very dated bathrooms shine. They installed appliances and new water-proof flooring where we didn't have hardwood. They communicated so well, anticipated problems, stayed on a very tight timeline and budget and created a dream house. CONTACT THEM NOW!!!”

“In June 2012, Father & Son completed a total tear out and remodel of our small 1950s bathroom. From the first visit by their salesman, to the last visit by Mat Vivona, we could not be more pleased! All the trades were wonderful - everyone took great care to keep our home as clean as possible, ensure our kitties did not get out, and the workmanship was outstanding, especially the tile work. Overall, everyone was very willing to work with me on any requests I had, and the project was completed on time and within budget (taking into account some surprises inside the walls). Since the job has been completed, I can't say enough good things about Father & Son, and have recommended them highly to anyone considering home improvements in the area.”

“Nightingale Co. exceeded our expectations! As a realtor and investor, I have worked with several contractors and subcontractors. From past experiences, I had very little faith in the industry as I found myself managing each person myself to ensure the work met my (high) standards. We hired Nightingale to remodel our home from floor to ceiling. Throughout the entire project, I did not feel a need to manage, check in on, or question them. Every one of the employees and subcontractors were kind, clean, professional, and highly skilled. The owner, operations director, and superintendents were there daily to offer "white glove service" to the project. Our home had several motivated individuals working 8-10 hours Monday-Friday from beginning to end of project.
