They repaired the floor and put down a new wood floor. They were always polite and answered all of my many questions during the process. I knew when they were coming and what work was going to be done. When it was time to pick out the flooring they were patient and allowed me to take time to change my mind before ordering. A contract was signed prior to the work and the cost to me remained the same, even when the problem proved to be more difficult than anticipated. I love my flat beautiful floor and the process was without stress or worry.
