“Gary remodeled our screened in porch. He wrapped the old cedar supports in vinyl, replaced the screens with Ezy- breeze screens and windows, built a deck and stairs. He completed the project in a timely manner and kept the site clean. I plan on using Design & Build Remodelers in our future projects. Gary is precise, exacting and takes pride in his work. “I was attempting to reroof my 1920 rental property with shingles. I was shocked when tearing off the precious shingles to see that there were three layers of shingles still on and the last set being cedar with no osb board. I was in trouble. I couldn't get any roofers to come out and help quickly. A friend told me about Lammers construction and I called them up, told them about my situation and that I was in way over my head. Even tough they don't even do roofs in general, they pulled three guys off of a crew doing another project to come and help me out. They installed all the osb board( on a very steep old, large roof) reshingled, and reflashed. They got everything done in three days with only three guys and we beat the rain by six hours. They saved me from a seriously bad situation with renters in the house. This is a company you can trust.”

“We first met Andy Martin from Martin Construction while touring a home on the local Remodelers Parade of Homes. He had done a whole house make-over that was stunning. We have since worked with Andy and Martin Construction on two remodel projects. The first was a master bath remodel. We were impressed with their workmanship, professionalism and attention to details. Although remodeling can be a difficult thing to live through, we enjoyed the process and loved the final results. A few years later, when we moved to another home and wanted to make some significant changes to the existing floor plan and finishes, Martin Construction was our first call. In fact, Andy met with us at the home prior to our making an offer, to discuss possible options and costs. The contractors Andy brings in to complete the job have also been a pleasure to work with. They are attentive to our suggestions and concerns. Everyone has been respectful of my time and conscientious about their craft, keeping the mess to a minimum. If something is not right, Andy makes sure the problem is resolved in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. Martin Construction designer, Niki Weaver is a delight to work with. She understood our sense of style and was very helpful, as we picked out flooring, wall tiles, counter tops, light fixtures and other finishes. Many times we have, and we will continue to recommend Martin Construction to neighbors and friends.”

“The remodeling process was new to us. Wayne and his crews have walked us through each step of the process with the highest level of professioalism, that I can't say enough good things. They have been true partners in the remodel process, adapting to changes in plans, suggesting new ideas and handling unexpected construction suprises with respect and ease. They manage sub-contractors exceptionally and all projects they have done for us have been within the bid guidelines and time frame set. The crews that come in to our home are top notch. They again, are very respectful and trust worthy. They work hard, excellent craftmanship, and clean up each night. They did the first job so well, we have them back for 2 more jobs. I have many more projects planned for the future!!!!”
