“My experience with Heritage was totally positive. They came out, evaluated my problem, explained what was needed to fix it and provided an estimate. I had a large bump in my sub flooring. They repaired the floor and put down a new wood floor. They were always polite and answered all of my many questions during the process. I knew when they were coming and what work was going to be done. When it was time to pick out the flooring they were patient and allowed me to take time to change my mind before ordering. A contract was signed prior to the work and the cost to me remained the same, even when the problem proved to be more difficult than anticipated. I love my flat beautiful floor and the process was without stress or worry. “Deby Wilson of Deby's Finishing Touch completed a complete kitchen, living room and family remodel for us. All new cabinets, ceilings, floors, some new windows. The kitchen was a total gut job. I kind of knew what I wanted, but we were trying to stick to a certain budget, so some design elements changed through the process to accommodate the budget. We were also working with a pretty tight time line, so I had some serious doubts if Deby could make it, especially since a lot of time was needed to find the right materials to fit our needs. Deby not only completed the job within budget and on schedule (despite the all too common "problems" along the way), but she was a true professional through it all. She never got rattled and she worked hard to keep me calm. She practiced extreme patience with me and all the subs, kept everything moving along, gave solid advice, delivered on all her promises and more! She not only knows all she needs to know about construction, she also knows how to work with all kinds of people. Our remodel could not possibly have turned out any better!”
