“Jonathan renovated two bathrooms for us. His work was exceptional in every way. He provided cost projections, revised as necessary as design decisions and purchases were made and kept us informed as work progressed. Jonathan is also a carpenter so did this aspect of the job himself. His work in this regard was precise and methodical. We liked his choice of trades people. Plumber, electrician, tile layers and painter were all meticulous and pleasant to have in our home. They were also very considerate that we were living there.
As with any renovation there were glitches. At one point costs were exceeding what we’d hoped due to our aspirations being bigger than our budget. John stayed the course with us through some frustration helping us to make decisions about where to compromise.
An extra bonus is that Jonathan only takes on one major job at a time and so you always have his full attention. Unlike other renovations we’ve done in the past, with this renovation there were no down periods while we waited for work to resume and workers to get back to us from other jobs. We have no reservations highly recommending Jonathan.”

“I have used Construct by Nuthatch 3 times over the past 2 years and I am about to use them for another large job. They have been slowly renovating our 1970 home one bit at a time. Work to date includes a gorgeous refresh of all the bathrooms in the house, updating the main floor fireplace including designing a stunning custom mantle from only my description and lastly repairing and te-surfacing a large deck. Each experience has been full of excellence in customer service, trades who leave the place clean and tidy every day, and so many times they went above and beyond what should be expected. They take pride in a job well done. The principles are super nice, always good natured and very quick to respond to questions or minor issues. I trust Cam Holden and I love his design sense which is in line with mine. He’s very easy to work with, honest and experienced. Coming up next is a gut job on the main floor and new kitchen, second master with ensuite and new laundry, a complete reconfiguration of the space. Cam has been working with our designer and I know Nuthatch will do a top notch job! I cannot imagine using any other contractor for my home.”

“When we were planning our kitchen renovations, Justin and JL Construction were recommended by our kitchen designer to oversee and manage the work. When we initially met with Justin, it was clear to us that he was the right person for the job. At the start of the project, he provided us with a detailed budget and schedule for the renovations, and worked throughout the process to stay on budget and on schedule without compromising the quality of the work. Justin retained the various sub-contractors and coordinated their work and this made the process hassle and stress free, as far as we were concerned. He always ensured that the renovation areas were kept clean, which was important since we were still living in the house during the renovations. We are now planning renovations for our garage and we have hired JL Construction once again for the work.”

“Enrique and his team of "No problems, only solutions" guys did an amazing job of renovating my downtown penthouse suite. Each and every one of the team are professional and excellent at what they do. Derrick, Ryan and Naomi all worked efficiently to meet my demands. And let's face it... renovations can make a person crazy, at times. They never got frustrated with me, even at my craziest! (or at least I never saw:)
But, the best part of working with NWI is working with Enrique who will make anything you dream into a reality. He transformed my space from 'tired' to 'wow!'. He worked night an day to meet my expectations and my deadline. It was not an easy task, but he made it happen.
Enrique also gave me ideas that I would not have come up with myself. The lighting he designed really changed the look and feel of my space. His experience, connections and 'designers eye' made it possible to transform my space without the need of a designer.
My only feedback to Enrique would be to not push himself so hard :)
If you are looking for a professional team that you can trust to do an excellent job.... look no further!”
