“The first project was a kitchen re-do including a six foot addition plus converting the basement into an apartment. The work was very high quality and improved the outside appearance of my house. His bid was comparable to others and I liked the fact he worked by himself (except for subcontractors) rather than a large crew. He always had a solution for any problem during the construction and the job was completed on schedule and within the budget. Since then he has been back at least six times for smaller projects. I did not bother to obtain other bids for any of them. I would highly recommend this contractor - which I have.”

“It is my pleasure to review Leiht Restoration. This company has done many jobs for our household over the years. These include outside lighting, excavating, tree removal, roofing, room remodel with painting and new electronics and various other jobs. However the most difficult was the complete tear down and remodel of our kitchen area which was half of our first level. This included removal of a wall and placing of a support beam, creating a "kitchen" area for our family of 5 to function in for 3 months, and protecting the rest of the house from serious dust and dirt. This was all completed within the expected time frame with NO issues. In the" kitchen" he created I was only missing my dishwasher and oven. This was a big expense for us and Aaron respected this and handled everything. It has been the best investment we have ever made. The only thing negative I have to say about Leiht Restoration is that they are now located in Iowa and not Indianapolis!!”

Matthew is very good at communicating and always responded in a timely manner to any questions I had. Also, this company does everything! I had them put in glass tile back splash in my kitchen, then they put in can lights in the ceiling, they repaired the transitions from the tile to the wood floors, put in sun tunnels, fixed the bathroom lighting, and fixed any area of my ceiling where there had been a leak. Everything was done professionally and looks super. I couldn't be happier, and I would definitely recommend Iowa Home Consulting for anything you need done.”

“Tom helped us to track down and fix a slow leak that had ruined part of our home with water damage. We ended up redoing our entire bathroom because of the water. This was not something we had budgeted for.Tom was great to work with. He gave us several options, but also was clued into our real need and didn't push anything that we didn't need or want. He gave us suggestions about what products would work in our price range. This included telling us which parts of the remodel we could do ourselves to save some money if we wanted.
Tom is very clean and tidy. He made sure that we were not disturbed at all during his work time. Also, he cleaned up after himself every day;. Sometimes making it cleaner than it was to start with!
I would recommend Aubry Solutions to everyone in the Ames and surrounding area. Tom does high quality work and does not get you with overpricing or empty promises. At the end of the project, our bathroom was better than we expected. We love it!”
