The project was completed on time. I found Chad, himself, and his entire team to be highly professional, competent and communicative. I was always made to feel like their top priority. A couple of minor follow-up items that have popped up after the CO was issued have been promptly taken care of, which speaks volumes about the integrity of Chad, his employees and his relationship with his subcontractors. I would definitely endorse this firm.”

“Ryan and his crew jumped on a severe water leak(s) on a house we had just purchased. A wall of windows on the backside of the house was leaking with heavy rains. Ryan found that all windows were rotten and leaking from the top down. This turned into a much bigger job than we had expected, but Ryan was "on it" and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. He was conscientious about the house, property and our budget. As this was coming out of the pandemic getting supplies (windows) was a challenge. We had to change the whole look of the backside of the house due to the difference in windows that were available. Ryan dealt with these changes, under pressure from us, and honestly the house looks better with the changes. I would recommend KD's Elite Custom Building for your next home project.”

“Justin built a new front porch for my home and it made the home look totally different, it really made a difference.
