With our DIY projects each weekend keeping us busy, Charley takes care of the bigger picture items for us - and manages the work locally while we are at our primary residence 120 miles away..... We trust him and his crew to "do the right thing" for our cabin, and come and go on their timetable - so we are able to use and enjoy our cabin on the weekends. He has our keys - and I can't think of a better testimonial as to how much we trust Charley and his guys to work on our cabin in our absence.”
