They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were always readily available and responsive to any questions or change requests. I received detailed status updates along with pictures as the work progressed. They are the real deal, prompt, professional, and honest. “A R Home Construction was awesome. I was so nervous hiring someone I really didn’t know for such a big job. My first meeting with Tommy put me at ease I was sent a full estimate within 24 hours of meeting him. It was also a pleasure to deal with everybody in the A&R team they were all professional and courteous. The start date and the completion date for the project were right on target not many contractors can say that. I was also very impressed by Tommy‘s attention to detail and style he was instrumental in many of the decisions made on this project when it came to tiles and fixtures not only did he make suggestions but he actually accompanied me to retail stores to help make choices. I can honestly say that my house looks like something out of a showroom I feel A&R has exceeded my expectations in this project.”

He wide knowledge of materials sources helped me create the look I was seeking. he often went above and beyond to solve problems and questions that came up and to reach the desired goal. I had hired Carlos and his team at a point months into my then floundering apartment renovation, not an easy way for them to begin. “Let me first off start by stating, that I usually don't write reviews. That being said, Erna Properties deserves my time to write this review. I have been working with Dave the owner since the summer of 2016. He is extremely hands on, attentive to detail and professional. He is a man of his word, when he says he will be somewhere at a specific time, he means it. His workers show up for a full days work and leave the area clean. I'm not easy to please, I'm one of those people that like to be hands on and do multiple inspections during a project. Not only did Dave not have a problem with it, he welcomed it. His motto is; "on time, on budget and done my way (the client)" can you get better? We feel very blessed to have found him and to be working with him. I know that when we move into our new home, this building process will be the first of many fond memories to come. I know that spending your hard earned money is a big deal and choosing the right contractor is essential for peace of mind. Dave and his company realize that too, they will treat you like family and respect your time and money as if it were their own. I can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be sorry when you hire them.”

Also after the work is done, incidentally on-time and budget, he will always come back to deal with questions or problems of any kind - even years later. “We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”
