Firstly, I want to share that I am not an easy client (LOL!) and I have high expectations Paul and his crew, especially Andy and Patrick, were professional and cared about their workmanship. They were always respectful, responsible, patient and knowledgeable which was extremely helpful to me when needing to make decisions during the project. Paul is honest and transparent about costs and time. I would absolutely hand over heart recommend Paul!

Paul DiCosimo and his staff have exceeded all expectations! DiCosimo General Contracting worked on my previous home; new kitchen, bathroom, interior renovation. Just beautiful, a great experience. So when I bought my new home which was a tear down he was on my list. I got bids from approximately 10 contractors and he won me over. The bid was competitive, advice spot on, and overall concern for the finished project made me feel like I was family and he would go beyond for me. I have watched other homes now going through the same process and am amazed at the speed and quality the work is being done by DiCosimo. Literally, 4 months in total build time and I will be moved in. That is saying a lot in the world of Covid-supply chain Issues. I cannot say enough; HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My husband and I worked with Paul and his team on a 6-month long renovation project and our experience was excellent. Paul is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable. As a first-timer to home renovation, Paul was very patient in explaining the nuances of very aspects that we asked about the project, and gave us a lot of great suggestions. During the project, he made himself available almost every weekend to walk us through the progress and discuss the next steps while we can only travelled from the neighboring state once a week to see the project. Paul's team (Andy, Patrick, Lillian...) are also very nice and talented people and they are delightful to work with. My neighbors commented several times how punctual and courteous they were and how fast they got things done. The best of all about Paul and his company? On time every time. You won't need to worry about chasing your contractor if you work with Paul. He will "chase" you and make sure things are on track. We will highly recommend Paul and his company.

The owner Paul DiCosimo and his team of 2 very talented carpenters created a beautiful mudroom, kitchen/family room for our house. He sent us to the best retailers for appliances, best cabinet makers, floors, electrician, plumber, mason. They custom made our mud room cubicles. We love their work and highly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience with DiCosimo General Contractors. Our job consisted of updating 2 1/2 baths, adding a large den with sky lights and a master bedroom suit and bath with vaulted ceilings. Installing central air, changing all the windows and siding our home. They were professional, detail oriented and stayed within budge. The result was a quality job that got done on time.

In addition his people have been with him for a long time i.e. no short termers or newbies on his team. Also after the work is done, incidentally on-time and budget, he will always come back to deal with questions or problems of any kind - even years later. Bottom line is that we consider him to be "our contractor" and will always use him.
