“This was essentially a gut remodel of a 1900 square foot condominium that is a part time residence for us. My wife and I were very concerned about trying to accomplish the renovation remotely from our full time home. Apollo was one of several general contractors that we interviewed, and I spoke personally with several of Tyler Kestner's references before selecting Apollo. Apollo's clients spoke glowingly about working with Tyler, and I am very happy to say that our experience was equally good. Tyler's budget estimates were very accurate, and the quality of the work was excellent. He had practical suggestions for addressing the few issues that inevitably arise, and he communicated regularly regarding the process and its progress. I have a good deal of experience in homebuilding, having flipped homes and built spec homes as a hobby. We were very lucky to have found Apollo to handle this project for us. My wife and I would give Tyler our highest recommendation on quality, responsiveness, and accuracy.”

“During the bidding process, I was a bit put off by their name.....Luxury.....it sounded expensive to me....but their bid turned out to be very competitive for the scope of work. I am very pleased with my project. The tile team, Johnny and Nelu, were especially impressive. The entire remodel team was friendly, customer oriented, and professional. Sam was also very accommodating. Jerzy made the bidding and materials selection process painless. The project was completed on the schedule they laid out at the beginning, and it was great to be able to follow the details of my job's schedule, financial, procurement, change orders, etc. on their website. They handled the inevitable snags in a job this size quickly and efficiently. I hope to do my other bathroom with them next spring.”

“Austin was absolutely amazing to work with! We had an issue with our water pressure reducing valve that caused all our pipes to hum along with a leaky shower head faucet. He got us in the schedule quickly and finished all the work within a day! No more humming walls and leaky shower- woohoo! He’s extremely detailed in his work and very professional. “We hired Scott Gormley of Acumen Builders to be our general contractor for an extensive kitchen remodel. Our project involved a large amount of demolition and included removing a load-bearing wall, raising the ceiling height, and relocating a substantial portion of the HVAC and electrical components from below the joists to the roof (a flat roof). Before we even formally hired Scott, he made several visits to our residence to assist in the planning phase--even going to a nearby open house to see what we liked and disliked about a remodel that mirrored our floor plan. Throughout our project, Scott listened to our concerns, was knowledgeable, dependable, and used highly qualified subcontractors; he promptly paid the other trades immediately after receiving his own progress payments. The project turned out great, as you can see in the photos of "Lola's Timeless Kitchen"! We do not hesitate in recommending Scott Gormley and Acumen Builders for any of your building needs!”

“I hired Luxe Showroom Ltd. for two sequential projects: a kitchen remodel and bathroom renovation. I can't say enough about how accomodating they were during both projects. If there was a need for a change or modification they made it happen. Nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen renovation included replacement of all cabinetry, granite countertops, sink, backsplash, and some appliances and electrical work. They came up with a way to creatively re-use some of the existing cabinets and counters as a craft/work bench in the basement, which required some challenging carpentry work. The bathroom renovation was a complete rip out and reinstall. The designer and craftsmen worked with my 16 year old daughter to come up with a modern yet functional design, with totally custom tilework and innovative lighting. They were totally flexible in allowing us to do as much or as little of the sourcing and work as we wanted. Any minor glitches were dealt with promptly and effectively and without controversy.Budget estimates were met, and adjusted fairly if changes were significant. Overall, I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for professional, reliable and creative design and construction services.”

“Chris Nelson of Peak Construction and Design delivered exactly what I asked him to complete for a project I designed in Palm Desert. Chris is very detail oriented and brought excellent sub contractors to the project. I was impressed with Chris' ability to manage the subs and get the very best work for my Client. There were definitely some delays in our schedule due to material availabilities and design changes on our part, but even with Chris managing multiple projects, he still managed to fit us into his busy schedule and keep the project moving. His thoughtful approach to translating the design details into reality was appreciated and he was a pleasure and a professional to work with from beginning to end. I highly recommend him and his company and look forward to working with him again on future projects.”
