“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

His team which included a talented designer put together a picture perfect kitchen, powder bathroom and master bedroom bathroom. Not only did they do an incredible job on a very tough time line for a basement legalization space they are just some of the nicest people we have worked with. They went above and beyond in every possible way and the entire crew was delightful to work with. Legalizing an already finished basement was a very difficult project but they guided us through it through every step of the way and we could not be happier with the finished work! The next time I have any sort of project... there is no doubt we will work with ZANO again.”
