“I first worked with Ryan and his crew when I wanted to update my West Seattle home. I wanted to update the bathroom without spending a small fortune. Ryan came up with great looking, cost effective solutions. They also replaced the windows & doors. They did such a nice job that I contacted them again when I wanted to convert my downstairs into an ADU. Once again, Ryan came up with cost saving ideas for the ceiling, bathroom, flooring & kitchenette. It was completed in a timely manner and looked amazing! I will absolutely use them again if I need any more work done. I really can’t overstate how professional and easy to work with Ryan and his crew are.”

“The team at Home Care Contractors puller through with an excellent job in a very short time period, to install a drop-in tub and shower combo for us. They tiled the walls, installed new plumbing fixtures, and built a beautiful tub surround with cedar planks. When unexpected things came up (like the cast iron tub being heavier and harder to install than anticipated!), they quickly came up with a resolution and worked late to ensure we stayed on schedule. We love the end result!”

“Excellent work done within budget. Loved, loved, love how our upstairs remodel turned out for our open floor plan/kitchen remodel. This included taking out walls, installing a new beam, tearing down our kitchen and making everything new again! Tony and team communicated with us regularly about our budget and what was going to happen on the week ahead. They worked around our family of seven and two dogs. Our remodel came in within budget and within the expected completion date. We couldn't be more happy.”

The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. The kitchen we have today is a masterpiece and you see the love and attention in every detail in the room. They are a fantastic company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor that is honest, professional, easy to communicate with, and holds their work to a high standard. At one point during our project, Vic recognized that our floor tile was not laid out properly. Before, I even had a chance to see it, Vic notified me of the issue and had it corrected at no extra expense. Vic and his entire crew are absolute professionals. “We wanted to remodel part of our basement and had several contractors come out to provide a bid. We ended up going with Christensen Contractors, Inc because of their professionalism, the options they provided us and the price the quoted was very reasonable. Throughout the process we had constant communication with Don the owner. He was always courteous and available. The crew that did the work were also professional and did an excellent job. The job went extremely well and was better than what we expected. There were never any hidden costs and the job came in on the agreed upon budget. We are extremely pleased with the work of Don’s company and will hire them again for any future work needed.”
