“These guys are the real deal. We purchased our home in Alaska last summer. I've had several challenges finding the right people to help us get the house where it needed to be. Now, after finding Ryan and his team 2 months ago when another contractor we had scheduled somewhat flaked... I finally feel like I've found someone to help us 'take it home', all the way, kitchen, bathrooms, exterior paint, finish the deck. These guys are my guys, I'm all in! :-) The 411: Ryan, Dylan, Evan, Daniel.... they are collectively a power-house of competence, kindness, concern for my interests, smarts to figure out how to 'get it done', deferential to my constant needs for updates, pictures, and information. I am so thankful that we found these guys. Our project looks better than expected, it was done on a time-frame that no one else could promise to deliver on, the pricing was very fair, and their commitment to getting it right and making sure I was happy stayed true to the end. Most of this project was 'finish carpentry' type work, the bulk of it was installing 21 beautiful wood doors that I'd ordered from Ohio (Homestead Door company, found them on Houzz, good company, shipping cost to Alaska was good), all new door and window trim, new baseboards, and new banisters for staircase and loft railing. And while I am thoroughly impressed by all this work that was done (its perfect, they did an incredible job), I'm perhaps even more impressed that I could add 4-5 other smaller projects and get those done as well. This requires organization and having the right guys with competence in all aspects of construction to do well. And again, that they cared, the bulk of the job described above was where they made their money, its just as easy to say, "Sorry, that was the project we agreed to", get paid, move on. But it really seemed most important to them that they have a happy customer. And I feel great (and excited) that I've got someone to 'partner' with to finish the kitchen and bathrooms. And to know they'll stand by their work and stick with it until its done right. They had several very good references which is why I chose them originally, and those references were not wrong, these guys are worth promoting. I'm so very thankful for the work they did on our house, they deserve all their success!”
