“Pulatani Builders transformed my outdated ( at the time of purchase ) Hell’s Kitchen loft into my “forever home.” Alex and his team went above and beyond as far as craftsmanship is concerned , and what’s more impressive is that my building’s super actually got along great with him and his team as well. This was largely because of the standards they maintain as far as dust and protection of common spaces is concerned. A+ job , happy to endorse and recommend them for any renovations in NYC.”

“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“We hired HAP Construction for a complete renovation of my apartment. From start, to finish both Eli and the team was always honest with what could and could not be done. They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were always readily available and responsive to any questions or change requests. I received detailed status updates along with pictures as the work progressed. They are the real deal, prompt, professional, and honest. I would highly recommend them for any renovations needed in your home.”

“Stake home group were consummate professionals. My experience with contractors has been shaky, with a lot of them over promising, under delivering, and over charging. They were easy to work with, understood my plans quickly and even gave valuable feedback which helped improve my project, got it done in the timeline they promised me, and charged me a very fair rate for the work. “My husband and I purchased our first home in July which needed a complete gut job. Initially, we contacted several different contractors to get estimates and it wasn't until we met Paul from Clean Sweep Contracting that we finally felt we made the right decision in buying a house that needed so much work. Compared to the other contractors, Paul was the only person that we felt wasn't going to nickel and dime us for every little detail. Other contractors left things out of their estimates that we spoke about in the walk-through while Paul's quote included EVERYTHING we talked about. Paul's prices were extremely reasonable and fair. It was a no-brainer for us to hire Clean Sweep. Paul made us feel so comfortable and offered his expertise to us on so many different areas throughout our house and was right about every single one of them. From the very beginning Paul was on-time, honest, and thorough. Paul is truly a man of his word! Paul and his workers gutted my entire house from attic down to the basement and truly made it our dream home. I never believed my house would come out looking the way that it did. All the men who work for Clean Sweep were amazing, super clean, and very respectful of us, our property, and our neighbors. Not only was Paul and his crew fantastic throughout the 3-month renovation (which was absolutely on schedule!), Paul has even come back on several occasions to perform some touch-ups from small damage caused by our moving company (which he did NOT have to do at all.) “Dino installed our kitchen cabinets with perfect precision and detail. He built our island beautifully like a piece of furniture. He sat with us through the entire kitchen design to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that all designs made sense with functionality and fit. He often followed up with vendors to ensure we got what we paid for and received the best finished product. Dino was a great liaison for us to source the right products and subcontractors, we are not in the construction business and this was our first home and renovation. He spent all the time we needed with us and we never felt rushed. He completed our project down to last detail before moving onto his next job. We felt we could then and still can call him anytime with questions.”

“Let me first off start by stating, that I usually don't write reviews. That being said, Erna Properties deserves my time to write this review. I have been working with Dave the owner since the summer of 2016. He is extremely hands on, attentive to detail and professional. He is a man of his word, when he says he will be somewhere at a specific time, he means it. His workers show up for a full days work and leave the area clean. I'm not easy to please, I'm one of those people that like to be hands on and do multiple inspections during a project. Not only did Dave not have a problem with it, he welcomed it. His motto is; "on time, on budget and done my way (the client)" can you get better? We feel very blessed to have found him and to be working with him. I know that when we move into our new home, this building process will be the first of many fond memories to come. I know that spending your hard earned money is a big deal and choosing the right contractor is essential for peace of mind. Dave and his company realize that too, they will treat you like family and respect your time and money as if it were their own. I can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be sorry when you hire them.”
