“My wife and I have used Brad at Custom Builders many times since 2016 when we purchased our home from them. We purchased our home while already under construction and had our first of many positive experiences with them finishing the construction to our tastes and design. Since 2016 we have had them do multiple big projects. A year after moving in, we had Brad and his team back to finish our basement where we added a full bath, office/bedroom with a built-in desk and walk in closet along with a large family room space aka man town. May 2022 was our most recent project, where we had them back both expand our deck and add a garage under the deck. We couldn't be happier with the results. “modular home. FEMA requirements proved a challenge with some of the house. the set area of the house was unattractive, so the G.C. and a site worker came up with an idea to enhance that area of the home. there was some wiring done incorrectly at the factory, all rectified by the site electrician. as a woman who was on the site daily doing my work on the house, the site workers were always respectful, polite and helpful. if i suggested something or told them something needed to be done, it wasn't an issue to hear it from me instead of the G.C. they all joke about my window with the list of things to be taken care of. everyone at this company has gone above and beyond to make our home perfect.”
