“Working with Dominic and LivModern was a pleasure from beginning to end. We initially found Dominic through another California-like, clean, and modern house he built. Besides his aesthetic, it was also his statement that he would build our home just like he would build one for himself…that is a very different perspective than most builders, and really resonated with us. He truly cares about the details as if it was his own house. Not just the visible features, but the mechanicals and the detail behind the walls and under the floors. He limits the number of simultaneous projects so he and his team really focused on our home. Our trust in Dominic was well-placed and in the end, he built us a wonderful home on which we are complimented constantly. As you go through the process, the people you meet will be professional and courteous. In the end, you have a well completed project.” We are very pleased with Platinum Touch. Vince listened on our first meeting and came back with what we asked, when we thought some more and the ability to express what I wanted and how we were going to use it, the designed adapted perfectly. The team was respectful of our budget and also of our needs as we stayed in our home during the construction process. There were no cost surprises or construction delays. “My wife and I worked with Riverview Builders to build a new home while planning our wedding at the same time. Initially we visited and talked to 3 different builders in the southwest suburbs of Chicago as we needed to choose a builder who could partner with us during this extremely busy time in our lives. I cannot say enough of at how professional Riverview Builders were as they answered all of our initial questions in a timely and detailed manner and ultimately won us over. We did not regret that decision at all during the home building process as when decisions needed to be made regarding the house they took our input and incorporated the feedback to make it a reality.
