“We have been using WCONE for 7 years as one of our suppliers the bathrooms and kitchens. Not only do we like the goods as they are of high quality but we have a great relationship with them unlike that with some larger/online companies, with WCONE you get the personal touch which i find these days is fading out. “We only went in to look at baths!! Gurtej in Primrose Hill was amazing - designing the bathroom for us from a pic, helping with the choice of tiles, bathroom cabinet and toilet ( sorry we didn't go for the more swanky flusher) and coping with my angst around false walls and the shower position. We did have a few things delivered slightly wrong but all issues were rectified quickly and the delivery times were all ahead of expected. In short the bathroom looks amazing - 3rd time lucky - and for the first time in 28 years I love it! Can't recommend enough!”

“Buy with Confidence, we met this company at Grand designs, we had been looking for a traditional Kitchen which would fit into our farmhouse, the units are solid and rather than us having a bespoke kitchen with all of the design ad labour costs we decided to get a quote from The Free Standing Kitchen Company. In under an hour we had a phone dialogue and an online design of how our kitchen would look, this was followed by a detail of all of the units and modifications that would be required to achieve our final design, the delivery date was scheduled. everything arrived on time and without damage. we required some other components afterwards which was outside of the original design, this was also not a problem. “After being let down by a number of other local installers we were fortunate enough to get an early booking for L&F to refit out our bathroom and downstairs toilet which hadn't been touched since just after we moved in 27 years ago. They completed the work slightly ahead of schedule and did an excellent first-class job with every aspect completed to a very high level of standard. And when a very minor issue occurred just after we had made the final payment, they were straight round to put it right the day after we notified them. We would therefore heartedly recommend them.”

Their professional approach, product and all aspects of installation knowledge was exceptional. Budget details and presentation were very clear and precise and nothing was ever too much trouble - just great when a company let's you know that you are the customer. Their installer was friendly, helpful, exceptionally hard working, tidy and above all a master of all the relevant trades required to complete the project and exactly on time.
