Not only do we like the goods as they are of high quality but we have a great relationship with them unlike that with some larger/online companies, with WCONE you get the personal touch which i find these days is fading out. “We were looking for a bathroom company that could offer a professional design service as well as great quality products and installation services. From the moment we went to the Premier Klasse showrooms – both in Basingstoke and Ascot, we knew they were the right company for us. Our designer Lauren who is based in the lovely new Ascot showroom, was warm and welcoming and took the time to really listen and understand our ideas and wants/needs. She came back to us with brilliant designs that we could never have achieved on our own. She has worked patiently with us throughout the design process making changes to achieve the best design going above and beyond to ensure that everything is correct. The installation will take place in the next couple of months once other renovations are completed and we can’t wait to see the final bathroom and shower room come to life.”

“Bartek did an exceptional job in my kitchen fitting an integrated oven and microwave. Punctual, super nice and a top professional. The job took longer than expected due to my old appliances but he stayed to finish the job to the highest quality and made sure everything was clean and top notch before he left. I valued his work so much I booked another service with him. I’ve tried many professionals in his field but none can compare to the service I received from Your Fitter LTD.”
