“I called three other companies for my shower doors, and I decided to go with Affordable Frameless. First of all, they seemed to actually want my business and they set an appointment to come give an estimate. The rep had a good knowledge of the process and was very friendly and professional. The pricing was straight forward and came in way below the other companies, even for the low-lead Starphire glass. There were ZERO surprises which is a very good thing. From the time of estimate to installation it was only about 10 days, fast! The result is great! Installation wasn't more than 90 minutes. I couldn't be happier with this decision. Don't hesitate to call them.”

I am able to work out difficult design solutions with their representative Tony Contreras early so that I know when it comes time to measure and install the large pieces of glass it will be done right. I've had other companies come into a project and change the design without discussing it with me or the homeowner, if there is a design change needed, Tony will be sure to discuss it with me first. Beautiful glass, innovative design solutions, and a company a designer can rely on.”

“We used Bay Plumbing for a bathroom remodel. A very good experience working with them. Excellent customer service. Excellent selection. Friendly staff. When some of the shower components stopped working they were glad to provide replacement parts at no cost, even though we were technically out of warranty. I would use them again”

“My husband and I are thrilled with our new kitchen and bathroom by Palazzo Kitchens & Baths! New cabinets by 6 Square, granite counter tops, under counter LED lights, gorgeous glass tile for the back splash, tall baseboards, raising the ceiling and a vinyl floor that looks like hard wood by DuChateau in the kitchen. Felipe also suggested lowering a wall that opens up the kitchen and family room space. I wasn’t that sold on the idea but it makes a world of difference. New vanity, granite counter top and new faucet /shower hardware, mirror and wall sconces in the bathroom. Both the kitchen/family room and bathroom have new LED can lights and we love the look. The kitchen is a dream to use now and my husband now feels like he is in a hotel bathroom. I really appreciate Palazzo’s beautiful showroom. It is truly a one stop shopping experience for a remodel. They have many simulations for kitchens and bathroom. These are helpful for selecting products and also eliminating choices. Felipe Franca is a powerhouse – professional, knowledgeable and has outstanding design skills. Jennifer in the showroom is an absolute jewel and her knowledge and suggestions were valuable to me. Mark and Oddie in the showroom answered numerous questions during the remodel process. The work crews are hardworking and focused. Ronaldo and Checke – you are masters of your craft. Bryan, Gene, Luis, Santiago, Forstino, Aaron, Juan, Andrew – we thank you for your dedication to give us a beautiful remodel. Pricing at Palazzo is moderate and good value for the money. Customer service is a strong focus at Palazzo Kitchens and Bath. This is true throughout the organization. Making the customer happy is their goal. In our case, they scored big time. “We are building our new home which is 8000 sq ft. We bought all our light fixtures, all the plumbing fixtures and kitchen appliances from Ferguson in Memphis TN. They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”

“We remodeled our bathroom and used International Bath and Tile in San Diego for most of our purchases: marble, vanity, all fixtures, sink and toilet. Vanessa was our sales rep and provided excellent service during the 8 months we worked with her. She also hooked us up with a guy to do the quartz countertop when we couldn't find the product we wanted at a reasonable price, and he offered reminants at a fair price. Vanessa knows a lot about design and so in addition to helping us with all the purchases, she was also a great sounding board when we needed advice to make a decision. She is a hardworking, knowledgeable, smart professional whom I would recommend without reservation. She responded to calls and emails promptly and bent over backwards to help us in all respects, such as when the delivery company made an error with the marble order. When we erroneously ran out of marble and needed more, she called on her contacts at the supplier to request that they match the marble color for the final pieces. All the products we received from Int'l Bath and Tile turned out to be of great quality and what we requested. No complaints at all. Highly recommend.”
