“Our builder sent us to see Michele at The Granite Group in Groton. We took her advise and made an appointment to see Michele. Best thing we could have done!
Michele listened carefully to what we were doing (turning a little summer cottage into a simple, forever home). She selected a few fixtures, brought them together and saw what we liked. Then she explained the price ranges (high to low) and what we were getting for each. What wasn't in the store showroom, Michele looked up in her catalogs for us to see and consider. She was respectful of our thoughts and concerns, and she never pressured us into buying one fixture over another. We went back two more times for additional things we needed to change because of a modification in layout. She handled everything professionally, and was sincerely eager to see the results of our collaboration.

“Dropped into their showroom on Johnson Ave in Bohemia and met the Kitchen Designer. She gave me a quick tour and explained the differences in quality as well as customization of each line they carried.
One of the partners came to my House to measure and see the other features of the house. We discussed placement of the main features and the challenges of our layout with the desires of functionality. He gave me a card of a contractor who was familiar with my home style to discuss wall removal and pluming changes so we knew what kind of budget we were working with.
We are awaiting a final estimate and timeframe from the carpenter and then onto financing.
They also printed out 3 concepts and layouts for the other contractor to see what he needed to prepare for. That was excellent because my wife liked all 3 designs so whichever the contractor felt the best about is the one we went with. One design turned out to be too costly because of the drain line and us being on a slab.
So far I have been impressed with Rich and his team and based on the 3 other customers that I know personally I know he seeks to insure the satisfaction of his clients.”
