“Had a minor call back to repair a non-working fan and the wrong face was originally installed. neither item was a big problem and was solved by a tech service call in an hour. Their products are all very high quality, their employees are all hard working, timely and considerate and the owners have always gone out of their way to provide us with the information and products we need for our projects to be successful. I have never had a client call back related to one of their products or installations and they have always gone the extra step of teaching our clients how to use their new products which is not a typical service. “Buck Factory Outlet did a beautiful job removing and replacing our gas direct fireplace. They were able to take out the old fireplace with minimal damage to the interior facing and exterior walls. The new one fit in very well and the original facing and mantel was reinstalled perfectly. We now have a more modern look and will enjoy the flame and warmth next winter.”
