“Mark and the whole Wood Stove team, from the installers to the front desk, are so great! We have worked on several high end projects over the past few years with them, and they have been extremely professional, accommodating, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Their work is meticulous and the installers always clean up after themselves (as a construction professional, i know this isn't always the case!) They take the time to answer every question or address any concern our clients have, and are always prompt to return phone calls and emails.”

On time and accountable for the installation, great suggestions, help with timing excellent in every way. From the first call over to Taylor's when Penny answered and was so helpful to our clients, I knew we picked the folks we will be working with for many years to come. “I stopped by Nordic Stove & Fireplace Center this past weekend. Scott (the co-owner) was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. We realized early in the conversation that I live outside an area he can service, however, that didn’t stop him from offering his professional insights and still take the time to provide me with help. I would have definitely purchased from him, however, since I couldn’t, I’m providing this review. 5-star customer service!”
