She was able to answer all of our questions with ease. She met every request that I asked of her and eased my mind when I had concerns. She is thorough, organized and enthusiastic. “After looking around online for a new wood burning stove we went to the Black Swan store/showroom in New Milford, CT. Best decision we could have made. Their selection is huge, the staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful (and not pushy at all). I was most worried about the installation since our old stove was really old, but they came and inspected the flue beforehand to check we'd ordered the right one for our home. Because of the set up in our house the cost was several hundred dollars cheaper than they had originally quoted, so add honesty to the reasons why I give them 5 stars. The installation was quick (about an hour) and their guys were completely professional. They cleaned up after themselves and took extra time to explain how to break in the stove (very important) and how to use it efficiently. We had the stove inspected by the town (an absolute must-do for home insurance purposes) and it passed without a problem. Our wood burning stove not only looks great, but it easily heats the house and we've noticed a big difference in the amount of oil we are using. From beginning to end it was a great experience and I can't recommend Black Swan highly enough. Nick C”

The sales team walked me though all the available options and helped me chose the best stove for me and my family. I've had my FPX for a few years now and it's more than paid for itself. I would highly recommenld Dean's Stove and Spa to anyone in the future.”
