Chris is creative and passionate about his art and every installation is truly one of a kind. “They were very professional and everything was done in a timely manner. We were very happy with the overall work. We have an in-ground pool and a suck-in kitchen/bar area. They did all the stone work for that and installed a gas grill inside our swim-up bar. I would recommend to family and friends.”

“Since writing my previous review, it came to my attention that the company that sold me my fireplace went out of business, and was replaced by a "new" company with the same name. I do not know the particulars, nor do I know if there are different owners. Nonetheless, when Bob Khan saw my review, he contacted me, and offered to try to make it right. He did this by paying for Grill and Fireplace Experts of Aurora to get the parts and repair my fireplace, which is now working as it should. This is greatly appreciated. I still do not know why this fireplace has been so problematic, or why it has taken so long to obtain parts. I would visit with Bob regarding future fireplace needs ( I would like to meet him.), but I doubt if I would ever consider a Napoleon product, based on its past performance.”

“This company is a well established fireplace and stove store located a short distance from our Denver home. They are very professional and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Very impressive showroom that is worth the visit for sure!”

“Kim was great to work with. Quick responses to our questions; has been doing this a long time, so knows all the ins and outs of how fireplaces work. Helped us with ideas and cost; did not push us to get the costliest option. Did not have to wait long for the install. Very clean work.”
