The sales team walked me though all the available options and helped me chose the best stove for me and my family. I've had my FPX for a few years now and it's more than paid for itself. “The salesman was very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs, the installation was done when scheduled and was done in a neat and clean fashion. They were honest by returning some money for piping not needed for the flue connection. Ii would recommend them to friends and family.”

“I stopped by Nordic Stove & Fireplace Center this past weekend. Scott (the co-owner) was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. We realized early in the conversation that I live outside an area he can service, however, that didn’t stop him from offering his professional insights and still take the time to provide me with help. I would have definitely purchased from him, however, since I couldn’t, I’m providing this review. 5-star customer service!”
