“We were very pleased with the service we received at Cabinet Encounters, from the administrative end, sales to manager. Eddie, Sales, was very friendly, polite and worked very hard with us to give us what we needed. When our contractor ripped out our old cabinet, we ran into a problem. I called Eddie and he came right away to talk with the contractor to work out a solution for the design of the new cabinet. He kept everything moving along smoothly and kept us informed at all times. “Mark was a pleasure to work with. He always responded to questions quickly and comprehensively. He did an excellent job constructing and installing our new display cabinet. These were not typical cabinets, as they needed a complex arrangement of pathways through which the electrical wires from our collectibles could pass and be hidden. Mark did a great job of following the plans and everything came out exactly as expected. The cabinets look great and were built just as expected. We would definitely recommend and use Mark again!”

As a professional Design Coordinator, I have worked with Pyramid Woodworks on numerous projects with my clients, including custom kitchens and bathrooms as well as custom wall units. Our projects begin with an appointment to my client's home at which time measurements are taken and we discuss the my clients needs. Drawings are then generated and approved by the client.
