“I hired Tim Parks of the Curtis Lumber Ballston Spa location to plan, design, and assist on the installation of my kitchen remodel. Tim was so knowledable and creative when it came to designing my modern kitchen in my "not so modern" home. He guided us through different options, all while staying true to our desired budget. He helped make an overwhelming project more enjoyable! We have received so many compliments on our kitchen, and I will continue to recommended Tim Parks and Curtis Lumber for their quality products and top of the line employees! They will be my first stop for any future home improvement project!”

“Scott Healy, owner of attention to detail came with a recommendation from everyone in our town of manchester, vermont. Every word was true. The entire process was fantastic. Scott is highly experienced in renovations. His attitude was very professional, he stayed within our budget and he worked well with us and all of his contractors. We had some deadlines and all of them were accomplished thanks to Scott. I ended up with the most beautiful bathrooms I have ever had! I would recommend attention to detail to anyone needing a new kitchen or bathroom!”

His easy going personality and willingness to be flexible are a big plus when jobs get complicated. “Had a wonderful experience working with Reliquary Studio on a recent kitchen renovation. The project was a gut renovation of a landmarked building- Reliquary Studio built and hand painted all kitchen and laundry cabinetry, as well as butcher-block topped island. The work was exceptional; high quality, attention to detail, great communication and meticulous installation. Matt is solution driven, and definitely goes the extra mile in delivering thoughtful, accessible solutions to any challenges that might arise. Need a pull-out, rotating shelf for your microwave, concealed recycling, or a 10" wide pull-out pantry? Not a problem. The best part...they are so easy to work with! As someone managing a large NYC renovation during a pandemic, I so appreciate working with people with a good attitude that can really deliver. Will definitely work with Reliquary Studio again and again.”

“As a homeowner who has worked with dozens of contractors over the years - I wanted to make sure that Tom - from TJT Woodwork is recognized as being at the absolute top of the list. He is the ideal of what contractors should be. I learned that the reason Tom is so good at managing the project, reducing costs and producing a superior finished product is simple...he does this because he loves the work. After 30 years of building cabinets, shelves, stairs, furniture, built ins and many others he is a master at it - all at very reasonable prices - I'm already thinking about the next project. For us Tom created custom book shelves for a 15' x 9' wall in what is now the library. I'm sure there are pictures up on it. The guy is awesome. Call him and get him on a project. “Within in minutes of walking into Bellevue Builders Supply my husband and I met Fred Alvaro , a home remodeling professional there. Within 30 minutest we had picked out the cabinets and countertop for our kitchen remodel. And within 24 hours we received our new kitchen design, material and labor costs. Work started on schedule and was completed within the time frame projected. Fred was always available and promptly answered any and all questions along the way. Everyone we worked with on our remodel was professional and polite. We are completely satisfied with the end result and we would highly recommend Fred Alvaro and Bellevue Builders for your remodel. “Layton custom built us a Murphy bed/ Wall unit. It is a work of art, solid cherry wood. We also mounted a 50 inch tv in the upper middle of the unit. This allows us to use the room as a tv room and a guest bedroom (when needed). The way he designed it, no one realizes that the wall unit is also a Murphy bed.Check out the pictures on his web page. He also made a custom kitchen table for our new townhouse, my wife wanted a certain,unique finish. It came out better than she imagined. The base of the Table is a piece of history, it was part of the original Tappan Zee Bridge. Thank you Layton , it was a privilege to work with you. Best Regards,Kevin Ginty”
