“Derek did an amazing job on my kitchen countertops! I've always wanted to have a "rustic wooden" kitchen but was having troubles with sealing the wooden and making it look perfect. He came in during the holidays while I was away and vacation and made my dream counters come true. He even came back a year later to wet sand and make sure that everything was perfect for years to come. Thanks again! I would 100% recommend Derek and Clear Winner Finishes.”

“I hired Zonce woodworking to build a custom mantel. I wanted the distressed wood appearance and Mr Zonce knew exactly where to look to find the wood I needed for the project. With material in hand work began rather quickly and he had the mantel cut down to size and shaped along with designing a very nice pair of corbels within the day. The project was stained and after a few days the project was delivered and installed by Mr Zonce. My wife and I could not be happier. The entire living space looks so much nicer now. I took a tour of his shop prior to hiring him for the job and was very impressed with the vast array of saws, sanders, hand tools and other wood working machines he has to build not only fairly simple work such as a mantle but more refined projects too. I was fortunate to see some of his other work going on at the time such as custom dining room tables, computer desks, and even a guitar. Truly magnificent!”

“This was one of a few projects on which I worked with Jabian. Probably the easiest and most reliable home-improvement professional I've worked with. With my hectic work schedule he was very patient, and often adapted to changing suspension dates on the project. In the end I got handcrafted masterfully executed finishes from him. “Clarissa made a gorgeous walnut queen sized storage bed with matching side tables for me and my husband. The bed has three drawers on eother side. She was very communicative throughout the process, sending updates and pictures and was extremely receptive to customing the bed for our needs (making it a bit higher, etc.) She also came up to our home to help us assemble it after we hired a delivery service to bring the pieces to us. In all, I was extremely impressed by her craftwomanship :) and her professionalism. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.”

He was able to take my design ideas and make them a reality, including a custom island, custom range hood, and custom glass doors. We have lived with the cabinets for over a month, and we're very happy with the quality. We also had Heikka make a fireplace mantle and surround for us, which turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.”
