“CWC remodeled our master bathroom and bedroom this spring (2014) . They LISTENED to us! This may seem like a small thing, but to us, this is probably the most important part of a project like this. They 1) heard what we wanted to do, 2) suggested great things to make it better and/or stay within our budget, 3) delivered high-quality results. They managed several different subcontractors who came in to provide electrical, plumbing, painting, and tile work. This project involved taking out a closet so we could expand the bathroom, and building a new closet along a wall in our bedroom. It also involved closing a closet in our room and opening it on the other side into our daughter's room. New tile, vanity, sinks, lighting, etc. were also part of the project. We love the results and enjoyed working with Travis and Beth. Looking forward to having them do a few other projects in the future.”

“In 2012, we had Shadowhill Custom Wood, more specifically the owner, Rick Wallis work with us for the final phase of our basement project which was initially being done by another basement contractor. However, we separated from him and were extremely thankful to find Rick for the most detailed part of our project. Since his experience demonstrated expertise in carpentry, we worked with him to finish our kids' desk/bookcase area and more importantly, the focal point of our basement, the fireplace mantle with bookcases on both ends. We also worked together to design two alcoves specifically meant to house artistic statues, and when finished we knew we could have never accomplished this with the previous contractor. Rick was extremely patient and very meticulous with the finer details and we collaborated together to bring our vision - with his experience and input - into reality. As this was the last phase of our project, we noticed that small things were left undone and needed to be addressed. We turned to Rick for help and as always he was very receptive to our concerns and helped us in every capacity to finish the project. Rick's work in other parts of our basement demonstrates his caliber and experience, which is not exclusive only to wood work but to other facets of the project as well, like installing led lights in bookcases, wiring for sound bar underneath TV and alcove overhead lighting, and many inumerous other small jobs. We have been very pleased with his work and are recommending Shadowhill Custom Wood to our friends for any remodeling needs. We are extremely grateful to Rick for being ever so pleasant in his demeanor that it made our interactions very productive and the outcome is self explanatory. We would without a doubt approach Shadowhill Custom Wood again if there was ever a future need.”

“Peters Cabinetry did a total remodeling job for my kitchen. Gary spent several hours with us looking at the space and listening to our ideas. He incorporated everything on our wish list. When neighbors saw the final results, they all said that it looked like something from HGTV. “I found Organic Recreations as the farmhouse style was just gaining popularity. Akin to most people, I jumped on this bandwagon. I was primarily concerned with the appearance of my dining set than its quality. My initial thought was to have the dining set until the style fades away and replace it later with something that matches the trend. Little did I know that Chrissie and Jay would change my perspective on that. Our farmhouse table and 2 benches along with our coffee and end tables are unquestionably classic and timeless. Their work is unparalleled and simply screams quality! Upon seeing and feeling my dining set, my mom, who is RARELY impressed, spoke so highly of their work so as to suggest that this is something I can pass down to my children, i.e., an heirloom passed down from generation to generation. That is exactly what my husband and I will do! What an INCREDIBLE job, and that is an understatement. May I add that behind the scene, Chrissie had been so wonderful and patient with our back-and-forth conversation concerning the final product. My husband and I are grateful to have met them. This was our first order and will certainly not be the last!”

“Doug Wampler was recommended to us by a family member who had him design and build her kitchen cabinets in their new house. We loved what we saw and hired him to do the cabinets in our kitchen remodel. Working with Doug on designing our kitchen cabinets was a pleasure from start to finish. He was a consummate professional. He listened carefully to what we wanted and to our ideas. He offered suggestions and often came up with ideas or another way of doing or looking at things that had not occurred to us. Doug is a craftsman and a perfectionist. Nothing was ever "good enough", it had to be "just right". He met timelines and worked easily with our contractor. Doug gave us a cost when we first began the project. When I asked for changes or addition, Doug always gave us the cost of that change or addition. We appreciated that and knew exactly what we would pay at the end of the project. No surprises! We had interviewed other companies prior to hiring Doug and found that Doug's cost was reasonable and in line (or less) than others. Our cabinets are beautiful, just perfect! Everyone, including other professionals, ask about our cabinets and remark on how beautiful they are. We have recommended Doug to others and he recently did the cabinets in our son's kitchen remodel.
