He explained everything he would do very thoroughly and I was comfortable with him from the time he walked in the gate. The computerized drawings made the piece come to life and helped us to envision the media center. Shelves and lighting to display my never ending rotation of Holiday decorations and everyday pieces was an important component for me,as were doors to hide away the cable box and DVD player. They suggested an unobtrusive drawer to hide all of our DVD's, Genius! The quality and finish of the piece is perfect. The process in pretty simple, they come out take a look at the space, measure and email ideas back and fourth. Then come up with drawings and once approved they build everything off-site and install within a few days…depending on how large the project is.
