“We were introduced to carpentry unlimited after hurricane sandy for a garage rebuild. We had been working with another builder for a while, but we were stalled out in the construction process due to permits,etc. We decided to call other local builders to try and get the rebuild done ASAP before the winter. Doug and Bruce were able to quickly get the project up and running. Carpentry unlimited has been in business for many years and therefore is known in the area and this fact made the entire building process so much easier for us. They knew who to call and when, which was key to getting the rebuild approved. The price was fair and their workers are efficient and neat and do great work. They were flexible with making some changes as the construction was taking place and were in constant contact with us regarding updates in deliveries of supplies. Our garage came out great and they are now working on updates on the rest of our house including windows and siding, and have already completed a great new front porch for us. Recommend them highly!”

“MDM Trim did an extraordinary job for us. They built our mudroom based on a photo I saw on Houzz. It came out superb. MDM Trim built our archway between our family room and our kitchen. I was inspired by two photos I saw on Houzz. MDM Trim took elements from both photos and built an archway that worked beautifully with our space. It looks great. They also applied wainscoting in our dining room and up our staircase to the second floor and in the hallway on the second floor as well. MDM Trim's work transformed our house into a beautiful estate like home. Their work is meticulous. They were fairly priced and cleaned up every evening when they were done working for the day. I highly recommend this company!”

“3 minutes ago We bought a house in late September and like most new homeowners we wanted to do some updating to our new home. The kitchen is the heart of a home, is where we get nourishment and congregate. So we decided to start with the kitchen, of course. Then we went back and forth with our options: A Brand new kitchen with new cabinets $$$$$, cabinet refacing $$$, or cabinet refinishing $$. Blessed that we had good cabinets in our new home and an existing good layout to the kitchen, we decided to go with the least expensive option. We were lucky enough to find Brennan and the team at Classic Cabinet Refinishers for our remodel. From the very beginning the whole process was seamless and spot on. They stuck to their quote, no surprises or hidden charges. They stuck to their timeline and finished on the exact day they said they would. Most importantly they delivered what was promised! A beautiful professionally done kitchen not one penny over budget. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I wish every contractor was as transparent and honorable. “Hands down the best tradesmen we dealt with on our Kitchen addition. Chip and Justin design and construct the most beautiful and reasonably priced cabinets in Connecticut. These guys should be the model of for others dealing with and providing the 'homeowner" with what they expect and pay for.
