Since then they have done many interior and exterior jobs for me – painting, dry rot repairs, installing electrical and plumbing fixtures. “Amy and Lewis have contributed immeasurably to the Character of my carefully crafted home. Although the remodel I undertook was substantially complete before their involvement, I quickly realized their potential for advancing my fingerprint on my custom home. Amy started early by linking up a perfect 10 year old (fully dried) chunk of redwood for installation as a mantle for my stone fireplace. (I had been searching for 9 months and she swiftly "rang the bell" linking me up with what turned out to be the perfect addition.) Lewis made the redwood chunk come to life with Amy's clever design of iron bands wrapped around opposite ends of the mantle with bold matching custom tacs of iron, giving the substantial piece the image of solidity and antiquity. Next, Amy started at the master bedroom, which I thought was largely complete before I met her. Wrong. She set out to design a wall unit made of knotty alder to match the dominant theme of "woody bedroom". The original idea was to hide the flat screen on one wall. This she developed into an entire unit that Lewis crafted in three pieces with mobile rolling doors to hide the screen when not in use flanked by shelves on either side, above which is a backlit artistic recess, all situated atop a table that houses eight disappearing drawers, a tie rack and hidden retractable laundry baskets. Fabulous upgrade from what I thought was a finished bedroom. I interact with this multipurpose design daily with great joy.”

“beautiful vanity/cabinet for our bathroom. Due to size of bathroom, Philip had to design and build to fit into an unusually sized space. He listened to us and created what we wanted. It is simple, elegant and also built a facing for our jacuzzi tub that complements the vanity and had to be built so that within the design, there was access to repair the tub if ever necessary. He was timely, worked very cooperatively with our contractor and we are very very happy with his work. Highly recommend him for skill, responsiveness, integrity and cooperativeness and he LIstens!”
