“Great Harbors Home Services has done a lot of interior and exterior work for me on my Cape Cod home. They show up, finish the job, and are reasonably priced. Their work is nothing less than perfect and professional. They communicate very well with the customer and keep them informed. Great Harbors refurbished old, rotting, carpenter ant eaten clapboards on the front of my house and shed to beautiful composite board that will last forever. They transformed my office space inside my home to a beautiful workspace (covering a horrible dark purple on the walls)--installed laminate floor and built a closet and painted/finished the entire space. A small project they did was adding a beadboard accent to the peninsula in my kitchen. They will be renovating two more bedrooms for me with laminate floor. I still use them for whatever home projects I have because they are experts--I will not be calling any other contractor. See attached photos for their work. Call Josh 774-238-2219. You will not be disappointed.”

He is everything anyone could want in a remodeling/home repair expert. He can handle any job from sign making on fine wood for a home name to siding and hardwood floor installation as well as new construction windows ( not just replacement), insulation and room additions. He has done so many jobs on our home it would take me a week to remember them all. There is no-one finer. On time, reliable and reasonably priced. We would never think of calling anyone else.”

“We didn't end up hiring John Canty, but we probably should have! Our house is in need of a full gut job. John was very helpful and knowledgeable when he came in to look at our house. We ended up hiring another contractor, who we have since fired, because he worked with a friend a friend of ours. We should have known that you need to mesh with your GC and create good communication lines with them -- we learned quickly that just because a GC worked well with someone you know, it doesn't mean they'll work well with you! John was very upfront and honest about the costs and quality of the job we'd get, and we should have trusted our gut instinct to hire him! It's been 4 months and we're still waiting to get started on our house.”

Jim showed us a sample of his work and we were surprised at how beautiful our kitchen could potentially look. The finish is a smooth, hard lacquer with a soft gorgeous sheen. Wendel and Javier worked very hard to be detailed yet the process was very quick...only about 3-4 days. Our kitchen is so glamorous and beautiful, people are amazed at the transformation! I would highly recommend Frankenstein again and again!”
