“I commissioned the services of Mi Woodworking to build a huge custom wall unit for me. Words cannot express how pleased I was with each and every facet of the work done. Mike Stroud, the proprietor of Mi Woodworking, is a true craftsman and highly skilled at woodworking - a true artisan. He is a perfectionist! The wall unit is approximately 13 feet long floor to ceiling and included detailed moulded carvings that I had requested. Mike made excellent, informed suggestions as to the detailing and finish. Mike did all the work in his at-home shop and brought the unit in pieces to install. Like the "attention-to-detail" guy that he is, every aspect had to be perfect - which I loved. My unit has added exceptional value to my home and every time I look at it I am thrilled with the result. My unit is a beautiful, custom-built tribute to the amazing skill of this talented man!”

From start to finish their whole team was amazing, from the moment we walked in the door we were great!My wife and I did our research and went to several kitchen places and after Meeting Bethany we knew we were at the right place. “The waiting list for Jan Cabinets was about 4 months (which they told us ahead of time)....and they were totally worth the wait. They built and installed custom cabinets in our very old home (with crooked walls) Complete kitchen and laundry room....which I get compliments on all the time. They were very professional, with the best design ideas we saw (we got 5 quotes) Because they build everything themselves I didn't have to build around stock sizes and while they were the highest quality company we looked at, they were not the most expensive. They were so easy to work with, incredibly organized, and patient with changes, special requests etc. Installation day was as promised....installation took 2 days. The installers were polite, quiet and calm (despite those crooked walls), and no expletives..unlike some of the other trades we had come in during this reno project.. I've worked for a reno company for 25 years, so I know the ins and outs of the business.....Jan Cabinets is the place you want to get your new kitchen cabinets.”
