    “We hired Rae Packard as our kitchen designer. Her husband, John, is the master cabinet maker and handles the installations of the cabinets and countertops. They are highly experienced professionals and their advice is invaluable. During our meetings, the focus was completely on the project and every detail was worked out from beginning to end. For example, the position and purpose of each cabinet/drawer/appliance/light, etc., is worked out on paper drawings in advance. They have wood/tile/hardware samples on site, which we found helpful as we considered various options. They also have a wealth of contacts (e.g., general contractor, marble places, appliance places, fixtures, etc.) that they have cultivated over time and that they shared with us as needed. All of their referrals were gold. The Packards worked in a timely manner and they responded to all questions and requests. In summary, if we had to do our kitchen all over again, we would call the Packards.”

    “Chuck took a probably colonial era table which had been stripped many years ago. He refinished it beautifully! There are several different kind of weed comprising the piece and I wanted him to keep the integrity of the different woods, not staining for uniformity!     “The master carpenter/owner of this firm is fantastic. His brings something unique to the table that I have not found in other contractors. Not only is his work product second to none, he has a unique design style, attention to detail, is courteous, trustworthy, fair, and honest. He can look at any situation and recommend the proper fix. He focuses closely on the clients needs and budget and does not take the job just to make money. Christopher is a true partner when it comes to home renovation. He is a great carpenter for small home repairs and a fair GC for larger jobs. He may be a sole proprietor with a small crew, but he gets the job done. He has done a variety of small and large jobs for us including crown moulding, general carpentry, repair, and a full bathroom renovation. He is also familiar with the claims handling process for home insurance, should the repair need be the result of a claim.”
